After winning the biggest pitch, Eddie learns that his fiancé’s brother, Anthony, has raped his co-worker and best friend, Angelina. Anthony blackmails Eddie with evidence of his countless affairs to lie for him in court. To maintain his impeccable image and not endanger his upcoming marriage – Eddie helps him get off the hook.

Judy finds out about Eddie’s affairs and breaks off the engagement; her father fires him from the agency. Shortly after, Anthony is found dead. All the evidence of the murder points to Eddie – he becomes the main suspect.
